What we do !
KEDC delivers a broad range of programs and services to clients.
We undertake needs assessment with employers and communities providing continuous aftercare that tracks additional needs on a database. We as well provide wage subsidies to unemployed people to gain work experience so they may obtain training or start their own businesses. KEDC and employers strive to match skills development with employment.
KEDC case manages clients on employment and training opportunities and life skills. We work with daycares so they can submit proposals that meet guidelines, monitor existing programs and services against impacts and report to agencies which increase results.
